The India managers meeting in mid June at Eagle Ridge, a resort on the outskirts of Bangalore, was energetic and exciting. A well balanced schedule included a motivational training session with an external trainer, lessons in skills and planning, aggressive goal setting and an electric launch of venue for the Q 4 conference – St. Petersburg, Russia. Managers have gone back highly motivated and energized dreaming of making it to exotic St. Petersburg, the ‘Venice of the north’ with big plans and big targets! You can see more photos here.
