Everyone who participates, with or without correct answer, will win an ETL gift.
The first 20 people with the right guess (city and country) will win an ETL premium of choice (from those available locally).

“I Love Walter because not only is it a good teacher, but a good friend too for my 1 and half months old son. He is already being exposed and gaining knowledge about the entire world at such a young age, and he enjoys reading books just because of Walter! Walter stops all my son’s tantrums by entertaining him with the large variety of songs and sounds, and now he can even use Walter all by himself! Unsung Heroes: Candy from Sales Support at SKC

Candy Lo is the Sales & Marketing Coordinator at Smart Kids Club, Hong Kong, who provides excellent support to the sales team. In just two years with the company, she has taken over all sales support functions including sales kits, sales communication, demo room booking, arrangements for training and seminars, and even joint promotions. During the recent Book Fair and Baby Expo, Candy was right there to support the sales team from morning till night, every day! Unsung Heroes: Product Development team at Minor

“The unsung heroes of our operation in Thailand are the members of the Product Team: the Product Manager, Suwanna, and two Product Assistants, Viriya and Noppadol.

Their responsibilities include product development (translation and localization of English products into Thai), stock management (ordering and imports), and development of local sales and marketing material and customer premiums. They also take care of all customer service issues, all the way from customer complaint to customer satisfaction. Suwanna and her team play the most important in the success of our sales teams. They even support the training team by offering to conduct product training sessions for new recruits. Sydney countdown begins!

Hello from Down Under!

We’ve come a long way since we first started planning Sydney, and what was always a dream destination for so many, is actually going to become a reality in less than 3 months!! I’m sure by now you’re all curious to know what exactly will we be doing in Sydney! So, below is a full program of the conference for you so you can plan and prepare for your trip better in advance!

Day 1: Monday, 22nd November

Arrivals during the day, please make sure your flights arrive in Sydney latest by 3pm!
Awards Night from 7pm – 11:30pm @ the Sofitel Wentworth Sydney’s ballroom!

Day 2: Tuesday, 23rd November

Fun and adventurous tour of the Blue Mountains and other exciting possibilities for those who prefer something shorter, easier and in the city!
An entertaining dinner event at a stunning location! *Surprise venue*

Day 3: Wednesday, 24th November

Business meeting for distributors and selected managers in the morning.
Shopping and sightseeing time for everyone else!
Experience the true Australian culture over a memorable farewell dinner!

Day 4: Thursday, 25th November

Departures

Over the next few weeks we will keep you updated on all the dress code, tour details, visa requirements, customs, rules and regulations, as well as providing you with a packing list to ensure that you enter Australia with the least amount of trouble!

Unsung Heroes: ETL Logistics Team

The members of the logistics team are the unsung heroes at ETL . This is the team that receives distributors’ orders, processes the paper work, puts all the products together, packs them into pallets and puts them on the ship, always meeting the difficult deadlines! Besides arranging shipments, they also put together all the components of the products, do final quality check, arrange all the courier, and even keep the warehouse neat and tidy. We are always grateful for their dedication to work and the attention to detail.
