“The unsung heroes of our operation in Thailand are the members of the Product Team: the Product Manager, Suwanna, and two Product Assistants, Viriya and Noppadol.
Their responsibilities include product development (translation and localization of English products into Thai), stock management (ordering and imports), and development of local sales and marketing material and customer premiums. They also take care of all customer service issues, all the way from customer complaint to customer satisfaction. Suwanna and her team play the most important in the success of our sales teams. They even support the training team by offering to conduct product training sessions for new recruits.
