Joseph Abraham joined Learning Time in 1996, and helped set up the Sharjah office in 1997 – which triggered the expansion and growth of the company in the rest of the Gulf. Joseph’s personal sales record of 800+ units in a month remained unbeatable for almost a decade!
Over the years, Joseph has trained and developed many leaders in the Gulf, including Anwer Naushath who manages UAE and Oman. Joseph is currently managing Kuwait and Qatar, but continues to lead from the front. During January, he visited the team in Qatar and personally sold 540 units in 10 days! Now, that’s leading by example – making it impossible for anyone in the team to come up with any excuses.
