Extra-Ordinary People: Tawanrat, Thailand

Tavanrat Noipoung joined the Minor team in November 2009, and saw the career opportunity right away. So she started selling, recruiting and building a team all at the same time, right from the start. And the results have been nothing short of spectacular:

In December, she achieved group sales of 758 units (363 personal and 395 from recruits)! And in January, she was in the top five UMs with 4 active salespeople and 1121 units from the team (452 personal and 669 from recruits)!

In Thailand, salespeople can choose to follow any of the three models, or sometimes a combination of: seminar sales, exhibition sales, home dems through appointments or cold calling. Tavanrat prefers home dems, mostly through cold calling (door knocks) in the upcountry. She says, this way she can choose her prospects. She aims for 5 dems and 1 order every day, and loves to sell CFL and ET. Her motto: “Make today your best day!”
