Friday Sales Tip – Customer Connection

How often do you get in touch with your customers? Do you:

  • Call them within a week of delivery to check if everything is OK? Have they unpacked the boxes, set up the products, reviewed the User Guides, registered for warranty, and started using the product with their kids? Is the spouse happy? Do they need any help?
  • Follow-up on that initial call with a visit if needed?
  • Record your customer’s and child’s date of birth? Send a card? Or at least call?
  • Send them a card or call them at important festivals – Christmas, Eid, Diwali, New Year?
