Our extra-ordinary person is Jerry Dharmawan from Bali. From not even in the top five last year, Jerry has ended this year as one of the top three UMs in Indonesia. And his goal for 2010 is to be #1 in Indonesia and amongst the top three in Asia.
Jerry’s transformation started in April, when he started building a new full-time team that is different from Indonesia’s prevailing part-time model. He has four young people who work from 8:30 in the morning till 4:30 in the afternoon. Their daily routine consists of reporting to office early morning, phone calls for appointment (fixing two dems for the next day), doing at least two dems and reporting back to the office. In between dems, they also do lead-generation (prospecting through suspecting!) at shopping malls, particularly baby shops. Their daily target is to collect 25 names through prospecting and referrals. The team has been averaging over 1000 units a month consistently for many months now! Having established a model and sales routine, Jerry’s next step is slowly expanding the team. Way to go!
Note: Over 50 people have already announced and claimed their prizes for the ETL New Year Incentive! Don’t miss out! You need to claim each one of the three prizes, as and when you achieve the targets.
