Enerlan was also one of the top five salespeople in the region during Jul-Sep, with 1,823 units! He did 110 dems and closed 28 orders during the three months. That’s a closing average of 25% and an efficiency of 65 units! Most of his dems are home dems and the prospects come through morning ‘suspecting’ and referrals. Here’s what he says about the opportunity, the incentives and his ambitions:
“I have been employed with Motivate Group for the past 3 years. I started my sales career in Bahrain and was eventually transfered to Jeddah, Saudi Arabia in October 2008. I like challanges and the past 3 years have been like a roller coaster where I have had ample opportunity to push my self to new limits in order to achieve my goals.
“Like any other incentives, this was quite challenging. Winning a TDP was a great motivator, however, what really drives me is “challanges and recognition”. Fortunately this opporutnity provides both in abundance. There are times, when the going gets tough but I am blessed to have a wife who constantly motivates me with words of strength and assures me that i can reach my goals.
“I constantly aspire to become a good leader who can motivate and lead from the front. I would like to break my own records again and again.”
