Renay Naidoo from Australia was the #1 salesperson in the region during Jul-Sep, with 2,730 units! We asked him a few questions:

1. What were the number of dems and orders during Jul-Sep? 75 dems with 49 0rders. (That’s a closing average of 65% and an efficiency of 56 units!)
2. Where did most of the leads come from? Almost all the dems that I have done, have come from shows like baby, trade or agricultural shows.
3. How long have you been in the company, and what do you like best about this opportunity? Three happy years. Making a difference in children and families’ lives. To share with families the tools to learn whilst playing. Freedom and flexibility of not being confined to a 9-5 job.
4. What was your biggest motivation during Jul-Sep? Always to enlighten families and satisfy their need to prepare children for the challenges in life by equipping them with the tools to develop the skills, values and knowledge to be happy and successful individuals – clichéd as it may sound I’m always motivated by this noble ideal. I also wanted to have a go at the free TDP.
5. What/who motivates you? Being constantly asked “How many dems have you set up for next week?”, “How many referrals did you get?” “How many…” Did I mention that my manager is my other half as well?
6. What’s your ambition? To make the TDP mandatory for all families who have young children. To find ways to reach more families. To give the generations to follow “A Better Chance” in life.
7. Do you plan to break this record of yours and when? I surely intend to break it. When? No time to answer that, mate! Busy… off to see families!
