Ema Hermawati from Indonesia was one of top five sellers during Jul-Sep with 2,282 units. She won a full TDP plus other awards. Here’s more information about her achivement. Firstly, look at the consistency in her dems and orders:
- Jul: 24 dems, 12 orders
- Aug: 27 dems, 18 orders
- Sep: 24 dems, 13 orders
That’s a closing average of 57% and an efficiency of 53 units! Ema has been in the company for five years. She prefers home dems but also meets people in their offices. Her biggest motivation during Jul-Sep was to be recognized as a champion and also to get the free TDP.
Ema had three TDP cancellation during the quarter, but she managed to stay focused and motivated. Her ambitions are to buy a new house, a BMW car, and to break her own record by December this year!
