Our English-Time CD-ROMs were made with Quicktime 4.1, so if the installation program detects that you have a newer version, Quicktime will not be installed. And the videos in the CD-ROMs will not be played. If you have this problem, simply follow these instructions:
- Click here, then download and un-compress this .exe file.
- Now install it on your computer.
- Insert the English-Time CD-ROM 1
Now the videos should play properly. Contact us if you have any problems installing the file.
Please communicate this to your customers at the time of making the service call.
