Thomas and I had an action-packed day with the Delhi team yesterday:
- It’s the highest-growth team in India with 13% sales growth YTD! The growth is attributed to strong leadership by Renu and increase in manpower and efficiency.
- 15 people won prizes for the Gold Jewelry incentive of May! And Sanchita earned her ETL Pin!
- There will be at least two new Unit Managers graduating during this quarter. And another five have committed to the career plan!
