Indonesia has just launched a massive recruitment drive. The key elements are:
- More attractive and longer-term recruitment incentives
- Re-launch of weekly recruitment seminars with AV recruitment presentation
- Re-training of salespeople on inviting people to the seminar after each dem
- Re-focus on career plan and manager development
