Thomas and I had the opportunity to meet all the senior managers as the Gulf team concluded a 3-day managers’ meeting to review the results of the first half and plan the second half of the year! We also had a short training/motivation session with the Dubai teams this morning – which is surely the best ETL team in the world:
- This team is home to all four Asia Champions YTD – Sarah (top salesperson), Kanchan (top UM), Naushath (top DM) and Waseem (top RM)!
- The guys team of 15 average about 3,000 units a month!
- The ladies team of 8 average about 2,000 units a month! This division has also maintained an average efficiency of 75-80 units per order for two years – highest for any TDP team in the world!
- This is the only place where a full-time team of guys and a part-time team of women co-exist and continue to grow!
- This is also the only team that has never touched any products other than TDP (CFL, ELP, LMA and CFV)!
We have obviously come back extremely charged, more reassured of the TDP strategy, and a lot more excited about the potential for ETL business in the region!
