Hello from Colombo!

0904-colomboThomas and I just concluded an action-packed day in Colombo – management meetings, visit to their new offices, sales/motivation training and dinner with managers! The team continues to average 3k units a month, despite what’s happening in the country. And they have some of the youngest and most energetic salespeople in the region.

They seem to be poised for huge sales growth with their strategies of a) localizing sales material and User Guides, b) starting a separate part-time division and c) opening up satellite offices in different parts of Colombo to boost recruiting and manager development. More power to Jiffry, Hussein and the team!
