Sadiya joined the company exactly a year ago. And did a good job of selling Time Life products while helping with a family business at the same time. When the company launched the new career plan about six months ago, she gave up her responsibilities of the family business and started building a team. During the last three months she built a team of six sales consultants and averaged about 600 units a month to qualify as a Unit Manager starting July. Her team target for this month is 1000 units, and she is at 777 right now. That’s great for a part-time women’s team!
Sadiya’s next goal is to be a District Manager by Dec 2008! And she is already working on two potential UMs in her team. Way to go!
