Persistence Pays!

The team in Karachi organized an exhibition at a shopping mall over the last weekend. They went there with 16 salespeople, 8 presentation tables complete with Walters and speakers, full TDP display, lots of balloons, buntings and give-aways… hoping to sell 1000 units in two days. It became obvious within the first few hours that they were not attracting the right prospects: mostly families with income groups slightly below our target.

Instead of giving up hope, the team decided to focus on a) recruitment b) collecting good quality leads and referrals and c) demonstration practice by giving lots of them. By the end of Sunday, they had done 183 demonstrations, signed up 34 potential recruits, collected 549 leads/referrals and also sold 242 units! See some photos here.
