The part-time division in Dubai is one of the most efficient teams in the region where 8 active reps produce about 1500 units a month! They had a successful recruitment program last week which will help them double the manpower and sales in a few months. About 200 women responded to the ad; 156 enrolled for the recruitment seminar; 120 reconfirmed; 90 showed up; 18 signed up on the spot for the 4-day training; 16 started; 12 completed the training!
Motivate Group is our only distributor that has both full-time and part-time divisions – operating from different offices with different compensation plans. And within their full-time division they have separate teams for TDP and English-Time – plus the new telemarketing division selling Student Library. Way to go!
